INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 500 g organic tempeh
- Fake roast sauce, marinade
- 2 courgettes, sliced
- 400g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 300 g rocket (quantity to taste)
- A bunch of basil
- Olives (quantity to taste)
- 30 g toasted pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper
HERE'S HOW TO DO IT
- Cut the tempeh into cubes, marinate with the Falsa Salsa di Tigusto and brown evenly in a pan with a little oil.
- Toast the pine nuts in a pan or convection oven
- Grill the courgettes
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with oil, lemon, and basil.
