INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

  • 500 g organic tempeh
  • Fake roast sauce, marinade
  • 2 courgettes, sliced
  • 400g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 300 g rocket (quantity to taste)
  • A bunch of basil
  • Olives (quantity to taste)
  • 30 g toasted pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper

  • Cut the tempeh into cubes, marinate with the Falsa Salsa di Tigusto and brown evenly in a pan with a little oil.
  • Toast the pine nuts in a pan or convection oven
  • Grill the courgettes
  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with oil, lemon, and basil.
