
VEGETARIAN RAGOUT
Vegetarian ragù is a healthy, tasty, and 100% plant-based alternative to traditional meat ragù. Made with granulated soy, fresh vegetables, and no animal products, it's perfect for pasta, lasagna, or whole grains. INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 150 g soy granules,
- 2 organic tomato purees (about 700 g)
- 1 x carrots, celery and onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp tamari sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh herbs
HERE'S HOW TO DO IT
- Soak the soy granules in warm water
- Finely chop the carrot, onion, and celery and sauté in olive oil. Add the previously squeezed granulated rice.
- Add the tamari and tomato puree.
- Cook for 20 minutes on low heat and season with salt and pepper and flavor with fresh herbs.
