VEGETARIAN RAGOUT

Vegetarian ragù is a healthy, tasty, and 100% plant-based alternative to traditional meat ragù. Made with granulated soy, fresh vegetables, and no animal products, it's perfect for pasta, lasagna, or whole grains. Rich in protein, light, and versatile, it's ideal for vegans or those who want to reduce their meat intake without sacrificing flavor.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

  • 150 g soy granules,
  • 2 organic tomato purees (about 700 g)
  • 1 x carrots, celery and onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp tamari sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs

HERE'S HOW TO DO IT

  • Soak the soy granules in warm water
  • Finely chop the carrot, onion, and celery and sauté in olive oil. Add the previously squeezed granulated rice.
  • Add the tamari and tomato puree.
  • Cook for 20 minutes on low heat and season with salt and pepper and flavor with fresh herbs.
